Born in Portugal, as a teenager migrated and made a home in United Kingdom. As a boy from a young age, it became apparent that we were caught in the grip of societal conditioning that failed to serve us in the best possible way.

​

My parents worked tirelessly at multiple jobs, yet we struggled to make ends meet. There were moments of hunger, with no clear solution in sight other than the constant grind for survival. Hand-me-down clothes from a neighbor became my wardrobe, showcasing that human suffering knows no boundaries, even outside third-world countries.

​

Despite witnessing these hardships, I refused to accept the status quo.

I couldn't bring myself to believe that there was nothing we could do to improve our circumstances.

​

Throughout my corporate career, I encountered numerous examples of toxic work environments. I faced bullying, discrimination, and menial tasks while being denied any prospects for growth or advancement.

​

Then, I looked around and realized that discontent was not limited to me alone.

Others in the workforce were also dissatisfied with their situation.

​

We were undervalued, underpaid, and there seemed to be no sign of progress year after year.

I realized I was falling into the same trap my parents had endured.

While I deeply appreciated their hard work and sacrifice, it came at a great cost.

​

We missed out on quality time together and the chance to experience a fulfilling and purposeful life.

 

As a father, I made a conscious decision that this cycle would end with me.

I committed myself to helping others overcome their workplace struggles and personal challenges because it matters.

It matters that we break free from this cycle.

Despite my limited income, I managed to save enough to join exclusive mastermind groups and invest in my education.

These experiences led me to my dream job.

There's something magical about being part of a mastermind group.

It opens up a world of possibilities and career opportunities.

 

My first mastermind consisted of remarkable individuals who, despite their already successful businesses, were committed to further developing themselves.

These were titans in their respective fields, running multi-million dollar companies with teams of over 150 employees.

The power of a mastermind lies in the dynamic group environment.

Being surrounded by such accomplished individuals for an extended period forces you to question why not you.

We all absorbed the same lessons and learned from the same sources.

Today, I am a consultant and mentor. It brings me immense joy to share strategies that help individuals and businesses thrive. Witnessing someone overcome their struggles and reap the rewards is truly fulfilling.
